North Port City Commissioner approved the reappointment of Michael T. Patricoski to the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board. The commission made the decision Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026. Patricoski will begin his second term Sept. 13, 2026, serving until Sept. 13, 2029. The board advises the commission on city planning and zoning matters.
The reappointment was part of the consent agenda. The Planning and Zoning Advisory Board reviews development proposals and makes recommendations on land use.
