Lakeland Regional Health opened its new Parkview location Oct. 6, 2026, consolidating pre-admission testing, a cardiology clinic, and cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation services.

The facility at 1409 N. Florida Ave. brings nine cardiology and cardiac/pulmonary rehab providers from the Hollis or Pablo Campus to the new location. Patients with upcoming appointments received information about the change.

The Parkview location operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pre-admission testing labs open at 7:30 a.m.

Dr. Timothy Regan, President of Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center and Chief Medical Officer, stated the expansion accommodates growing services and brings related care closer to the Medical Center.

"As part of our strategic plan, we continue to expand access to our nationally recognized care," Regan said. "And every day, we look for new and improved ways to serve our community, just as we have for the last 110 years."

Free on-site parking is accessible off North Florida Avenue. Parking is also available in the D/E garage for patients visiting the Medical Center after their Parkview appointment. Service phone numbers remain unchanged.

The former Parkview location at 320 Parkview Place is now named Lake Parker and will continue offering infectious disease, trauma, and acute care services.
