Jesse Sandusky Named 6th Chief of Alachua Police

Jesse J. Sandusky is now chief of the Alachua Police Department, leading the agency's operations and community relationships.

Sandusky joined the department in 2003 and has worked in Patrol, Traffic Safety, Criminal Investigations, and as the department's Public Information Officer. He rose through the ranks to the top position.
