Nassau County Home Repair Loans for Yulee Residents

Yulee homeowners earning very low or low incomes can borrow up to $125,000 through Nassau County's State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) program to repair and renovate their homes.

The program offers 10-year deferred loans for single-family homes. Borrowers must repay the full amount if they sell the property, transfer the title, or stop using the home as their primary residence during the loan period. The loan also defaults if the property becomes a rental, loses homestead exemption status, or the applicant ceases to occupy it as a primary residence.

Applicants must not have received SHIP assistance from Nassau County in the past 10 years. Mobile homes do not qualify.
