How to Obtain Records from the Stark County Sheriff's Office
The Records Division is responsible for maintaining and providing access to public records, including: - Accident Reports: Available for purchase by involved parties or their insurance companies. - Incident Reports: May be available upon request, subject to North Dakota's open records laws. - Other Official Documents: As permitted by law. To request records, please visit the Sheriff's Office at 411 Third Street NE, Dickinson, ND 58601, or call 701-456-7600. Fees may apply for record duplication.
