Dense Fog Advisory Lifted for Central & Northern Susitna Valley

The Dense Fog Advisory for Central and Northern Susitna Valley, including the Parks Highway corridor, has been lifted as visibility has improved, effective today, October 7th, at 2:00 PM AKDT.

The Dense Fog Advisory issued by the National Weather Service (NWS) in Anchorage for the Central Susitna Valley and Northern Susitna Valley, including the Parks Highway corridor from Talkeetna to Broad Pass, has been lifted. The advisory, which was effective until 2:00 PM AKDT today, October 7th, is no longer in effect.

Visibility in the affected areas has improved, and dense fog is no longer expected. Residents and travelers in these areas can expect conditions to return to normal. No specific instructions were provided in the alert as the advisory has expired.
