Washington County closes offices July 2-6 for Independence Day

Washington County government offices will close Thursday, July 2, through Monday, July 6, reopening Tuesday, July 7. The closure observes Independence Day on Friday, July 3, and follows Gov. Ron DeSantis' directive to give state employees additional time off for America's 250th anniversary.

Residents needing in-person assistance should plan accordingly. Emergency services will remain operational. The Planning Commission will not meet in July.
