Laboratory Services Skip to main content Laboratory Services Over 100 years of service to Montana's Public Health! The Laboratory Services Bureau (LSB) includes the State Environmental Laboratory and the Montana Public Health Laboratory. This bureau provides quality testing and consulting services in support of environmental and infectious disease assessment and control programs. The bureau works closely with local and tribal health partners, health care providers, and the general public at the state and local levels.
