Public Hearing: 217-26-000221-PLNG Zone Map Amendment; see below for info. Other Business: Community Development Updates. Record Number 217-26-000221-PLNG Zone Map Amendment: Pete J. Wisner, Keith B. Leffler, and Makayle G. Rich (Owners) propose to amend the Crook County Zoning Map (“Zoning Map”) to change the zoning of Tax Lot No. 1614110000600 from Exclusive Farm Use zone, EFU-3 (Powell Butte area) to Rural Residential 10, R-10. The situs address is 11600 SW Reif Rd, Powell Butte. The property is located approximately 3 miles south of Highway 126, in Powell Butte. The hearing is being held pursuant to: Crook County Code (“CCC”) 18.172 (Administration Provisions); 18.168 (Legislative Amendments). The proposal is subject to: CCC 18.12 Establishment of zones, Boundaries; CCC 18.16 Exclusive Farm Use zone; CCC 18.92; Rural Residential R-10; Crook County Comprehensive Plan; Crook County Ordinance 127, Amendment 1; Oregon Administrative Rules; Oregon Revised Statutes. A notice of public hearing and location maps are being mailed to all affected property owners, and to the appropriate entities and public agencies at least 20 days prior to the initial Planning Commission hearing. A Post-Acknowledgement Plan Amendment (PAPA) notice has been submitted to Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development at least 35 days prior to the initial Planning Commission hearing. Written testimony or comments may be submitted to the Crook County Community Development Department by email at [email protected] and may also be submitted in person or by mail to 300 NE 3rd St, Room 12, Prineville, OR 97754. Written testimony will be accepted and presented to the Planning Commission at any time until the record closes, which may occur as soon as the conclusion of the public hearing. However, if you would also like your written testimony included in the presented staff report, please submit it by Friday, October 16, 2026. A copy of the staff report will be available in the meeting packet seven days prior to the hearing on the meeting page at: https://publicportal.crookcountyor.gov/. A copy of the application, all documents, and evidence relied upon by the applicant along with the applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost and copies will be provided at reasonable cost in accordance with the County’s fee schedule. Required Vaccine Provider Training
Trainings are hosted in the OIP Training Portal. Users will need to create an account to access the trainings. Information about OIP Training Portal OIP Training Portal Annual Oregon State-Supplied Vaccine Overview Course All primary and back-up coordinators of organizations enrolled in state-supplied vaccine programs (VFC and VAP) must take this training yearly. Completion is required for organizations to enroll in state-supplied vaccine programs and for state-supplied vaccine program recertification. Oregon State-Supplied Vaccine Overview Duration: 20 minutes Required for: primary and back-up coordinators How often: annually Content: CDC and Oregon requirements to participate in state-supplied vaccine programs Certificates: keep for three years Biannual Oregon Vaccine Management Course At least two immunization staff of organizations enrolled in state-supplied vaccine programs (VFC and VAP) must take this training every two years. Completion is required for organizations to enroll in state-supplied vaccine programs and for state-supplied vaccine program recertification.
