Temple Terrace Seeks Hurricane Equipment Funding

City Manager Charles Baia and Mayor Andy Ross lobbied Florida legislators this week for funding to upgrade Temple Terrace's hurricane preparedness equipment.

The officials met with Representative Karen McClure and other lawmakers during Hillsborough Day at the Capitol. Baia and Ross said updated equipment would better protect residents and city infrastructure during storm season.
