Welcome to Pasco Easy Pay, the new customer portal for Pasco County Utilities. Register your online user account to gain more access and more control from the comfort of your home 24/7. If you are already a registered user, please login using your existing username and password. If you do not remember your username and password, click on the links to Forgot Username or Forgot Password. If you still can't access your account, re-register by clicking on the Create User Account link. If you need assistance registering your account, please contact Pasco County Utilities, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., at (727) 847-8131. Features include: Billing & Payment Management - View bills and payment history, request payment arrangements, and more. Start, Stop, Transfer - Accounts with a zero balance may request to start, stop, or change service online. When requesting service changes, please allow 72 business hours (excluding holidays and weekends) for your request to be reviewed and processed. Fees apply. Detailed Usage Charts - View detailed usage or summary charts for a selected service on an account or compare your consumption with multiple accounts. Account Management - Easily manage passwords, update user settings and account profiles. Notification Preferences - Set notification preferences for your account. Receive eBills and eNotices, or receive printed bills and notices for one or more accounts. Service Communication - Contact your utility, report an outage, submit a service request and view service notifications. Project Round-Up

Project Round-Up Helps Every Pasco Community WHAT IS IT? Pasco County's Project Round-Up Program supports customers in your community who need help paying their Pasco County Utilities bill. When a customer chooses to "Round-Up" their monthly bill, their contribution helps other customers in need. EXAMPLE: If you choose to round-up your bill from $82.54 to $83, then $0.46 will go towards the Project Round-Up program. You also have the option to donate a larger amount of your choosing. How To Help: There are three easy ways to donate. - Check the Round-Up box on your paper bill - Ask to Round-Up when paying in person - Round-Up when paying your bill online Payments made via Electronic Funds Transfer, auto pay, and through the Pay-by-Phone feature do not have the option to participate at this time. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY? Donations remain within your Pasco County community to help fellow utilities customers that may be struggling to pay their bill. Individuals or families will be prescreened to see if they qualify. The program can only be used one month a year for those who qualify. All donations are distributed by Pasco County Human Services. NEED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE? If you are a Pasco County Utilities customer who needs help paying your bill please contact Pasco County Human Services at 727-834-3297 to see if you qualify. PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS are available for Pasco County Utilities' customers.
