Residents in Hartford, Tolland, and Windham Counties in Connecticut, and Northern Worcester, Northern Middlesex, and Eastern Hampden Counties in Massachusetts should prepare for strong winds. Northeast winds of 15 to 25 mph are expected, with gusts potentially reaching up to 45 mph. These conditions can cause unsecured objects to blow around and may lead to downed tree limbs. Isolated power outages are also possible.
