Travelers in the Eastern Alaska Range South of Trims Camp are advised to exercise caution today, October 11, due to a Winter Weather Advisory issued by the National Weather Service in Fairbanks. The advisory is in effect until 4:00 PM AKDT this afternoon.
Up to 3 inches of additional snow accumulation is expected, accompanied by wind gusts as high as 35 mph. This early season snowfall may lead to slick and snow-covered roads, particularly on bridges.
