Welcome to Miami-Dade 311 The Miami-Dade County 311 Contact Center offers convenient access to essential County and City of Miami services. Whether you need to report an issue, schedule an appointment with a County Department, or check the progress of a request you've already submitted, 311 is available to assist you. Submit a Service Request Home > Government > Departments > Communications, Information & Technology > 311 Contact Center 311 Contact Center Share: Miami-Dade County's 311 Contact Center serves as a primary channel for accessing non-emergency government services and information in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole. Residents can call 311 to obtain information about local government services, report issues, request services and ask questions. Ways to Connect The 311 service is available through multiple channels, including phone, online, mobile app, email, social media and in-person visits. It is designed to provide a single point of contact for a variety of Miami-Dade County and City of Miami services, making it easier for residents to connect with their local government. By offering various contact methods and multilingual support, Miami-Dade County aims to enhance community engagement, streamline service delivery and ensure residents have access to the resources they need in the manner they prefer. Call 311 By dialing 311 or 305-468-5900 (outside Miami-Dade County), you can receive personalized customer service in English, Spanish or Haitian Creole. The 311 Contact Center is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., while closed on Sundays and holidays. Individuals with hearing or speech disabilities can connect through Florida Relay by dialing 711. 311 Direct Mobile App Download the 311 Direct mobile app to report issues, request services and ask questions on-the-go from your mobile device. Available on the App Store Available on Android Report Online: 311 Direct Report neighborhood problems, request services and more to 311 online. You can either remain anonymous or include your contact information for follow-up. Visit a 311 Service Center Visit one of the three 311 Service Centers in north, south or west Miami-Dade County, and a 311 specialist will provide in-person assistance.
