Wings and Whistles: Venice High School Band Boosters Host Annual Fundraiser

The Venice High School Band Boosters are gearing up for their annual "Wings and Whistles" fundraiser, set to take place this Saturday, April 12, 2026, at the school cafeteria on East Venice Avenue in the heart of Sarasota County's coastal community. This popular event, a cornerstone of the band's fundraising efforts, helps support the Venice High School band program, including instrument maintenance, competition travel, and new sheet music.

Attendees can look forward to a delicious chicken wing dinner, prepared by local volunteers, alongside performances by various ensembles from the Venice High School band. Doors open at 5:00 PM, with dinner service beginning shortly after. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students and can be purchased at the door or in advance from any band member.
