Senior Exercise Classes: Senior Fit Classes are held at the Westmonte Recreation Center. Please call 407-477-5975 to register and for more information. All classes are $5 per person. Senior Fit - Mon, Wed, Fri at 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM Senior Fit is a community-based fitness program designed specifically for older adults. It focuses on improving muscular strength, cardiovascular health, flexibility, and balance. The classes are led by certified instructors who are experienced in working with seniors and adapting exercises to individual needs and abilities. The program aims to help seniors maintain their independence, reduce the risk of falls, and enhance their overall quality of life through regular physical activity.
