Manheim Township Announces Road Closures for Milling and Paving

Lancaster residents should prepare for upcoming road closures in Manheim Township as the Public Works Department begins its milling and paving schedule next month. The work is slated to affect several key roadways from Monday, May 13th, through Friday, May 17th.

The affected roads include:

• Fruitville Pike, specifically the stretch between Route 30 and Delp Road.
• Delp Road, from Fruitville Pike to Petersburg Road.
• Petersburg Road, between Delp Road and Lititz Pike.
• Lititz Pike, covering the section from Petersburg Road to Newport Road, en route to the historic town of Lititz.

The Manheim Township Public Works Department advises that detours will be established to guide motorists around the construction areas. Drivers are encouraged to seek alternate routes during this period to avoid delays and ensure the safety of both workers and the public.

The scheduled work is part of ongoing infrastructure maintenance aimed at improving road conditions within the township.
