Koloa Village Construction Update – November 2025
Koloa Village Construction Continues to Take Shape
Fleming Island residents are keeping a close eye on the ongoing development of Koloa Village, the mixed-use project located at the intersection of US-17 and Village Square Avenue in Clay County. As of November 2025, significant progress has been made on the commercial and residential components, with several structures now clearly visible from the roadway.
The Koloa Village project, which broke ground earlier this year, aims to bring a blend of retail, dining, and residential options to the heart of Fleming Island, a growing riverside community. Construction crews have been working diligently, and the framework for several of the retail buildings is largely complete. Work is also progressing on the multi-family residential units, which are expected to offer new housing opportunities for the community.
While specific opening dates for individual businesses have not yet been announced, the visible progress suggests that the first phase of Koloa Village could begin welcoming tenants and residents in the coming months. The development is anticipated to enhance local shopping and dining experiences, as well as provide additional housing choices for those looking to live on Fleming Island.
