The Martin County Office of Tourism & Marketing has once again partnered with MartinArts to bring back our award-winning “Hidden Turtles Scavenger Hunt” in celebration of ArtsFest 2026. This year, ArtsFest returns to Stuart’s Memorial Park and will take place on Saturday, February 7 and Sunday, February 8, 2026.

The Martin County Office of Tourism & Marketing has once again partnered with MartinArts to bring back our award-winning “Hidden Turtles Scavenger Hunt” in celebration of ArtsFest 2026. This year, ArtsFest returns to Stuart’s Memorial Park and will take place on Saturday, February 7 and Sunday, February 8, 2026. Since its inception in 1988, this iconic hometown celebration of the arts and culture has become one of the most cherished and well-attended events on the Treasure Coast. We commissioned Palm City-based glass artist Dot Galfond of License to Kiln to create 50 signed and numbered glass sea turtles: 40 speckled in red and white and 10 in gold.   ArtsFest Hidden Turtle Scavenger Hunt gold turtle   This year we’re doing things a little differently. All of the limited-edition sculptures will be hidden in various spots throughout Memorial Park on Saturday, February 7. Attendees who find one of the 40 speckled sea turtles can bring their keepsake home as a special souvenir Attendees who find one of the 10 gold sea turtles will receive a free ticket to  The Art of Food & Wine experience from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, February 8. Simply bring your gold turtle to the Explore Natural Martin booth to claim your Sunday ticket! Each year, a different color glass is used for the 40 collectable glass sea turtles. This year, we chose red and white to symbolize the variety of wines being offered for The Art of Food & Wine, a brand-new addition to ArtsFest! The Art of Food & Wine invites festivalgoers to experience a delicious fusion of culinary creativity and fine art. This fabulous tasting experience features curated food and wine vendors offering gourmet bites and perfectly paired pours in a lively, art-filled setting. From a festive kickoff party at The Grove Cucina & Wine to the debut of the Plaza Lounge at ArtsFest in Memorial Park, guests can sip, savor, and explore thoughtfully crafted flavors. This exciting addition is a must for food and wine lovers looking to take their ArtsFest weekend to the next level! The program won the ESTO Destiny Award in the “Destination and Product Development” category, presented by the U.S. Travel Association.
