Palm Beach Gardens GreenMarket has released its vendor fee schedule and payment policies for the 2025-2027 seasons. The market will operate two distinct seasons: a main season from October to May and a summer season from June to September. Vendors have the option to prepay for an entire season at a discounted rate or opt for weekly payments, which require a credit card on file for automatic billing.
For the upcoming 2026 Summer Season, which ran from June 7 to September 27, specific weekly and pre-payment rates were established. Farm and Agriculture vendors paid $35 plus tax weekly or a pre-payment rate of $560 plus tax. Non-Farm and Value-Added vendors were charged $55 plus tax weekly or $880 plus tax for the full season. Prepared Concession vendors and Artisan, Crafter, and Handmade Goods vendors each paid $60 plus tax weekly or $960 plus tax for the summer.
Community Group vendors, who must present a tax-exempt form, had a weekly fee of $45 plus tax for the 2026 Summer Season and were not eligible for a pre-payment discount. The GreenMarket's payment policy states that weekly vendor payments are processed every Tuesday for the upcoming Sunday market. Vendors with unpaid fees are not permitted to set up their stalls until their balance is cleared. The GreenMarket does not collect fees on-site.
Vendors who chose to prepay for the summer season did not receive refunds or credits for any missed Sundays. This policy ensures consistent operation and financial planning for the market. The detailed fee structure and payment options aim to provide flexibility while maintaining the market's operational efficiency for both the main and summer seasons.
