Palm Beach Gardens residents can access the District's annual meeting schedule and meeting documents online. Agendas are posted a week in advance, and minutes are available after approval.

Palm Beach Gardens residents can find information on upcoming district meetings and past proceedings through several public avenues. The District must publish its annual fiscal year meeting schedule in a newspaper of general circulation, and this schedule is available for public review.
The Board of Supervisors may cancel, reschedule, or add meetings and workshops as needed. The District will advertise any changes or additions in the newspaper at least seven days in advance.
Agendas for all meetings, held at the district office or potentially a community center, are posted on the District's website one week prior to the meeting date. This allows residents time to review the topics for discussion.
An archive of Board of Supervisors meeting documents, including agendas, packets, minutes, and other relevant materials, is maintained on the District's website. These documents are available as downloadable PDF files. Agendas are posted before meetings, and minutes are published after approval.
Residents can access the most recent Board meeting agendas and minutes, as well as those for the Parks & Trails Advisory Board, on the District's website. This provides the community with easy access to information about decisions impacting the area.
