Permit Access & Inspections All inspections requested online must be entered into the Online Permit Access Portal by 3 p.m. of the business day prior to the requested inspection date.Accessing Permit Services Online: The City's new online portal makes accessing building permits and related services faster and more convenient than ever. If you know the permit number, the portal allows you to search for general permit information. If you are associated with the permit you can: Apply for a new permit View plan review comments and submit plans Schedule or view inspection results Permit Search By Address: For any permits PRIOR to November 1, 2019, navigate to Online Permit Search and enter the House Number and Street Name to search. For any permits AFTER November 1, 2019, Online Permit Search and enter the address of the property to search. Permit Data Search: If you are seeking information or working with a Permit entered PRIOR to November 1, 2019, please Online Permit Search. If you are seeking information or working with a Permit entered AFTER November 1, 2019, Online Permit Search. Type in the permit number to search. Enter the Valid Number (which is the last 3 digits of the Permit Number) Select: Cancel a Scheduled Inspection Schedule an Inspection View Inspection Details View or Print Comments Follow the Prompts to Select a Report. Select "View Report."

Property Tax Information Convenient Payment Options The easiest and fastest way to pay is online via, www.pbctax.gov. Free Online Payment: Use the eCheck option (electronic transfer from your checking account) for a completely FREE payment experience. Credit/Debit Card: Accepted online with a 2.4% convenience fee collected by the third-party payment processor. Wire Transfers: Detailed information is available at www.pbctax.gov/wires. For those who prefer traditional methods: By Mail: Please ensure sufficient time for mail delivery and bank processing (allow up to 15 days). By Drop Box: Secure drop boxes are available in the lobbies of all six Tax Collector Service Centers, accessible Monday–Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Please note: Cash payments are not accepted in drop boxes). In-person at service center (reservations required) - While there are several other convenient payment methods, Palm Beach County taxpayers can pay in-person at one of our six service centers. To make your reservation, visit www.pbctax.gov/reservations. Tax Collector Gannon reminds all property owners that per Florida Statutes 197.122, the responsibility to pay taxes remains even if a bill is lost or delayed in the mail. Taxes must be paid by March 31, 2027. Any taxes outstanding on April 1, 2027, will become delinquent. Taxpayers are encouraged to visit www.pbctax.gov for complete details about property taxes as well as information about enrolling in the convenient and budget-friendly Installment Payment Plan for future tax year payments. It is too late to enroll in this year’s Installment Payment Plan as enrollment closed last April, but applications for future years’ taxes are available now through April 30, 2026, by visiting www.pbctax.gov/ipp. Palm Beach County residents can visit www.pbctax.gov for additional information or they can contact the Palm Beach County Tax Collector at [email protected] or by calling 561-355-2264.
