For tickets not in the parking system: Please email a picture of the ticket to [email protected]. Please note for Parking Violation Appeals: The Palm Beach Police Department will only rescind tickets that were issued in error Electing to appeal a Parking Citation will not waive late fees, which accrue 14 calendar days after issuance If the citation is not rescinded, ALL late fees will apply This appeal is not a plea or request for a Court Appearance. In order to hear your case before a Magistrate and plead “Not Guilty,” you must notify the court in person or in writing:Clerk of the Circuit CourtThe County CourthouseP.O. Property Tax Information Convenient Payment Options The easiest and fastest way to pay is online via, www.pbctax.gov. Free Online Payment: Use the eCheck option (electronic transfer from your checking account) for a completely FREE payment experience. Credit/Debit Card: Accepted online with a 2.4% convenience fee collected by the third-party payment processor. Wire Transfers: Detailed information is available at www.pbctax.gov/wires. For those who prefer traditional methods: By Mail: Please ensure sufficient time for mail delivery and bank processing (allow up to 15 days). By Drop Box: Secure drop boxes are available in the lobbies of all six Tax Collector Service Centers, accessible Monday–Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Please note: Cash payments are not accepted in drop boxes). In-person at service center (reservations required) - While there are several other convenient payment methods, Palm Beach County taxpayers can pay in-person at one of our six service centers. To make your reservation, visit www.pbctax.gov/reservations. Tax Collector Gannon reminds all property owners that per Florida Statutes 197.122, the responsibility to pay taxes remains even if a bill is lost or delayed in the mail. Taxes must be paid by March 31, 2027. Any taxes outstanding on April 1, 2027, will become delinquent. Taxpayers are encouraged to visit www.pbctax.gov for complete details about property taxes as well as information about enrolling in the convenient and budget-friendly Installment Payment Plan for future tax year payments. It is too late to enroll in this year’s Installment Payment Plan as enrollment closed last April, but applications for future years’ taxes are available now through April 30, 2026, by visiting www.pbctax.gov/ipp. Palm Beach County residents can visit www.pbctax.gov for additional information or they can contact the Palm Beach County Tax Collector at [email protected] or by calling 561-355-2264. Please note that the phone lines can be very busy this time of year.

Lien/Title Searches Last Content Update: Monday, May 16, 2022 Lien/Title Request Request should be made on company letterhead and include the following information: Seller’s name Physical property address Legal description with property identification number Email address to send the response to Fees $100 fee per property identification number for a 3-5 business day turn around. Effective May 10, 2022 (Resolution 054-2022) $200 fee per property identification number for a 24 hour turn around - excluding non business days. Accounts Payable Last Content Update: Last month Invoice Submission Invoices can be submitted to our accounting technician via email. If you submit your invoice via email, please do not send a hard copy by mail. Vendor Payments Checks are issued weekly and mailed on Mondays (or the next business day). Vendors wishing to sign up for ACH payments should fill out the ACH Authorization form and return it to the Finance Department.
