Duval Elections Sends 2,567 Ballots to Overseas Voters

Duval County Supervisor of Elections Jerry Holland dispatched 2,567 vote-by-mail ballots to Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) voters for the 2026 General Election on September 17, 2026. This distribution occurred before the statutory deadline.

The ballots serve military personnel serving abroad and U.S. citizens residing overseas, ensuring their participation in the democratic process. UOCAVA voters can receive ballots by mail, email, or fax. Of the total sent, 1,373 ballots went via mail and 1,194 via email.

Eligible UOCAVA voters who have not yet requested a ballot must do so by 5 p.m. on October 22, 2026. The Supervisor of Elections Office remains committed to serving all voters.
