JACKSONVILLE, FL — The Urban Core Citizens Planning Advisory Committee (CPAC) met Monday, Oct. 5, 2026, to discuss downtown Jacksonville. The meeting included separate subcommittee gatherings before the full committee convened.
The Nominations Subcommittee met at 4:30 p.m., followed by the Governmental Affairs Subcommittee at 5 p.m. The main CPAC meeting began at 5:30 p.m. in the Main Public Library's Multipurpose Room on the Conference Level, 303 N. Laura Street.
Residents could attend in person or virtually via Zoom Webinar to provide public comment on neighborhood planning. City Council members also received invitations.
