JACKSONVILLE – Residents interested in city planning and development north of the St. Johns River have an opportunity to engage with local officials. The North Citizens Planning Advisory Committee (CPAC) will meet Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026.
The meeting will convene at the Oceanway Senior Center, 12215 Sago Ave. W., starting at 5:30 p.m. Earlier, the Governmental Affairs (LUZ) Subcommittee will meet at 4:30 p.m.

City Council members may attend and discuss topics like the Emerald Trail development.
