Property taxes provide the largest portion of the City of Jacksonville Beach's General Fund revenue, accounting for approximately 57% of its funding for Fiscal Year 2027. These funds support core city services, including police and fire departments, emergency services, Ocean Rescue, parks and recreation, street maintenance, planning, building inspections, and code enforcement.
