Haines City Parks and Recreation invites local businesses, clubs and organizations to participate in the annual Trunk-or-Treat event. This autumn tradition will bring families together for a community gathering and offers organizations a chance to connect with residents.
The free Trunk-or-Treat event seeks participants to set up decorated vehicle trunks filled with candy for attendees. Organizers ask participants to prepare approximately 2-4 pieces of candy per child. Organizers anticipate an attendance of around 3,000 children.
Businesses can gain visibility within the community by participating. Organizers encourage participants with distinctive vehicles, such as classic cars or unique trucks, to enhance the festive atmosphere. Applications can be downloaded from the Haines City website and returned to Taegan Welborn at [email protected].
Contact Welborn via email for application deadlines and further participation details. The event allows local entities to interact directly with the community in a family-friendly setting.
