Haines City Library Hosts "Glitter, Glisten, & Snow" Event

The Haines City Public Library hosted a special event, "Glitter, Glisten, & Snow," on Friday, December 1, 2023. The free, all-ages program offered a magical evening for attendees, bringing a touch of winter wonder to our sunny Polk County community.

The event, which ran from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, aimed to bring the community together for a festive and engaging experience. Library officials stated the goal was to provide a unique, family-friendly activity during the holiday season, a welcome respite from the usual Florida warmth.

"Glitter, Glisten, & Snow" was designed to appeal to residents of all ages, encouraging participation and interaction within the library's welcoming environment. The library provided the space and programming for the two-hour gathering, a hub for neighbors from across Haines City.

This event was part of the Haines City Public Library's ongoing commitment to offering diverse programming and resources to the community. Such events often serve as a focal point for local engagement and cultural enrichment, strengthening the ties that make Haines City a unique place to live.
