At 439 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong thunderstorms 16 miles southeast of Ruth, or 24 miles north of Covelo, moving northwest at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Pea size hail.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
