Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, and supervising all activities of the Crawford County Highway Department. The Administrator is responsible for the maintenance and construction of all county trunk highways and local roads, as well as the county's fleet of vehicles and equipment. Key duties involve budget development and management, personnel supervision, contract administration, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field, with significant experience in highway management and supervision.
