2026 Paving Project Schedule Update

Stark Paving, the contractor performing the road improvements, is expected to begin work in the Village in early October. The current schedule, weather permitting, is: Elmhurst Parkway (124th-Notre Dame) 10/6–10/19: Road preparation and manhole adjustments 10/20–10/24: Paving 10/24–10/27: Restoration Fairfax Drive (Gremoor-Wrayburn) & Cloverhill Road (North-Wrayburn) 10/9–10/22: Road preparation and manhole adjustments 10/23–10/24: Paving 10/28–10/29: Restoration Hollyhock Lane (Wrayburn-Dunwoody) / Notre Dame Blvd (Walnut-Gremoor) 10/9–10/22: Road preparation and manhole adjustments 10/23–10/24: Paving 10/28–10/29: Restoration Residents will receive additional updates as work progresses. Please expect minor delays during construction and avoid the work areas when possible. If access to your home is temporarily blocked, a crew member will be available to assist. On paving days, please avoid driving on the new asphalt whenever possible. If you need to pass through the area, drive slowly, follow crew instructions, and avoid sharp turns or sudden braking.
