The Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued for Doña Ana and Luna Counties, New Mexico, has expired as of 11:30 AM MDT today, September 29. The National Weather Service (NWS) El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa NM reported that the storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe limits and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
