Residents should prepare for significant threats from flooding rain and potential tornadoes. A Flood Watch is in effect, with an additional 2-4 inches of rain forecast, potentially leading to major flooding, evacuations, and rescues. Rivers and small streams may overflow, and floodwaters could impact structures and roads. Heed all flood watches and warnings.
