The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) has published its financial reports to enhance public transparency into the department's operations. The reports provide community members with information about the Sheriff's Office's mission and vision.

The HCSO's mission is to serve, protect and defend the community while preserving the rights and dignity of all individuals. Its vision is to deliver effective, efficient and professional law enforcement, detention, court services and child protective investigations, upholding high standards of integrity, accountability and community service.
