Rutland County Head Start participates in the U.S.D.A. Child and Adult Care Food Program, or CACFP. All enrolled children are eligible for free meals and snacks. The program does not keep any eligible children from participating and follows the statement below:

Stafford Technical Center Culinary Students Take on Hot Wing Challenge
After a very busy week with service in The Dollhouse, the students were treated to a hot wing challenge from the IT department. Stafford Technical Center Culinary Arts Students Celebrate Custodian Appreciation Day
Culinary Arts had a busy week. We made a special lunch/dinner for our janitorial crew, to celebrate Custodian Appreciation Day. We also had a fabulous bake sale with over 50 baked goods, and we had a demo on sourdough. We will end the week with some nice relaxation with apple picking.

STC Culinary Arts: All 19 Students Earn ServSafe Certification
