Apopka Water Testing Missed Deadline

APOPKA – The City of Apopka notified its water customers that routine testing samples were collected 11 days outside the designated quarterly testing window. City officials confirmed the lapse in procedure but stated the collected samples met all required water quality standards.

The city emphasized that residents need not take any immediate action. City officials are implementing new protocols to improve scheduling, monitoring, and accountability in water quality testing to prevent future occurrences.
