RIGA TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Riga Township Planning Commission will meet on April 8, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Riga Township Hall, 102 Main Street, Riga, Michigan, for the purpose of conducting regular business and a public hearing regarding the following: Special Use Permit application by Blue Sun Energy, LLC for a solar energy system on US-223, Tax ID# 05-011-00-009-00 The application and related materials are available for public inspection at the Riga Township Hall during normal business hours. Written comments may be submitted to the Planning Commission at the above address prior to the meeting. Verbal comments will be taken during the public hearing. Riga Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon five (5) days notice to Riga Township.
