Planning Commission The Township of Palmyra’s Planning Commission is responsible for guiding the growth and development of the township. The Commission makes recommendations to the Township Board regarding zoning ordinances, land use plans, and other planning-related matters. They also review and approve site plans for new developments and subdivisions. The Planning Commission typically meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Township Hall, located at 999 E. US-223, Palmyra, MI 49268.
