The Church of Thorne Bay is seeking a new Lead Pastor to guide its congregation on Prince of Wales Island. The position requires a visionary leader with a strong theological background and a passion for ministry.

Ordination or licensure in good standing, proven pastoral ministry experience, and strong leadership and communication skills are essential qualifications. The ability to connect with diverse age groups and a commitment to sharing the Gospel are also key requirements. Applicants must agree with the Christian and Missionary Alliance doctrine and core values.
