Couple Arrested After Violent Assault and Robbery at Osceola County Motel

Two individuals were arrested Thursday in connection with an alleged assault and robbery that occurred Wednesday night at the Siesta Motor Inn in Osceola County. Deputies responded to the motel after reports of a violent incident.

The incident involved a couple reportedly tied up and beaten with a metal bar inside their motel room. The attackers then stole money, phones, and jewelry from the victims. Investigators determined a dispute over money motivated the attack.

Detectives located the suspects, 38-year-old Glorimar Ramos-Pagon and 37-year-old Salvi Sola-Torres, at the same Siesta Motor Inn, located at 4657 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. Authorities arrested both individuals and booked them into the Osceola County Jail.

Ramos-Pagon and Sola-Torres face charges of battery and false imprisonment or kidnapping. Sola-Torres also received an additional charge of violation of probation for possession of fentanyl. The investigation into the incident continues.
