Philip Minden Named Winter Haven Hospital President

Philip Minden will assume a leadership role at Winter Haven Hospital, BayCare announced. Minden brings extensive healthcare administration experience to the position.

Stephanie Conners, President and CEO of BayCare, expressed confidence in Minden’s appointment. “We are confident that Phil’s leadership will be instrumental in continuing Winter Haven Hospital’s commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to the Winter Haven community,” Conners said. “His experience and dedication to excellence make him the ideal choice to lead the hospital forward.”

Minden holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Auburn University. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
