Liberty Parks & Rec offers a variety of Evidence-Based Programs throughout the year! These wellness programs are scientifically proven to help you take charge of your health, manage chronic conditions, increase your physical activity and more.
Looking for some one-on-one instruction? If you need to learn to swim or need coached support on your stroke, Liberty Parks & Rec offers private lesson packages on a weekly basis. 4 classes; 30 minutes per class.*To register for private swim lessons, please select the program below and complete the online form where once submitted, you will be contacted by a team member to schedule your lessons. Min. 4 years of age through adult*Registration will close when all available spots are full.
