"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida, on June 6, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., to consider the following Ordinance:
ORDINANCE 681-24
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS BY AMENDING SECTION 98-943, ENTITLED “VACATION RENTALS,” TO PROVIDE STANDARDS FOR VACATION RENTALS INTENDED TO MINIMIZE ADVERSE IMPACTS ON RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The purpose of the proposed ordinance is to amend the Village of Tequesta Land Development Regulations by amending Section 98-943, entitled “Vacation Rentals,” to provide standards for vacation rentals intended to minimize adverse impacts on residential neighborhoods.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE VILLAGE’S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 163, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR UPDATED DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION AND FUTURE POPULATION PROJECTIONS WITHIN THE VILLAGE; PROVIDING FOR TRANSMITTAL TO THE STATE LAND PLANNING AGENCY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
