NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Flagler Beach Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. at the City Hall Commission Chambers, 105 South 2nd Street, Flagler Beach, Florida, to consider the following: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FLAGLER BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 154, “LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE,” ARTICLE V, “DISTRICT REGULATIONS,” DIVISION 3, “COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS,” SECTION 154.136, “COMMERCIAL (C-1A) ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS,” AMENDING THE USES PERMITTED AND NOT PERMITTED WITHIN THE C-1A ZONING DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection at the City Hall, 105 South 2nd Street, Flagler Beach, Florida, during regular business hours, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the City of Flagler Beach Planning Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
