Shake Shack and Dutch Bros Coffee will open new drive-thru locations in Pinellas Park. The restaurants will occupy neighboring lots at 6994 U.S. Highway 19 North, on a 1.83-acre property formerly housing a Walgreens.

Shake Shack will occupy a 3,493-square-foot restaurant at the corner of 70th Avenue North and U.S. Highway 19 North. Dutch Bros will open a 1,025-square-foot coffee shop across from it.

Both establishments will feature two-lane drive-thrus. Shake Shack began incorporating drive-thrus into new locations in 2021. The Pinellas Park Shake Shack will also offer indoor seating. Dutch Bros will serve customers via its drive-thru and a walk-up window.

The development is located across from The Shoppes at Park Place and adjacent to a future EōS Fitness Center.
