North Dakota's $1,600 tax credit erases bills for 50,000 homeowners

A landmark property tax relief package signed by Gov. Kelly Armstrong last spring has eliminated property tax bills for roughly 50,000 North Dakota households—nearly equivalent to Bismarck's entire population.
