Arden Lakehouse New Watering Schedule for Water Conservation

Arden Lakehouse residents will see irrigation systems operate during off-peak hours as part of the community's water conservation efforts. The new schedule aims to minimize water usage during peak demand.

The community divides into three zones for watering:

• Zone 1 (North Park Area): Irrigation runs Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.
• Zone 2 (Clubhouse and Pool Area): Irrigation runs Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.
• Zone 3 (Residential Streets): Irrigation runs Thursdays and Sundays from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.

The Arden Lakehouse HOA encourages residents to report any irrigation system issues to help maintain the community's landscaping.
