Mary Leola Snow, age 78, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of unwavering faith, love, and devotion to others. A devout Christian, she lived her life with a servant’s heart and a deep desire for everyone she encountered to know the love and grace of Jesus Christ. Mary was born on May 27, 1947 in Rome, GA to Atticus Marcus and Naomi Bartley Snow. Her family and friends will forever cherish her wisdom and steadfast faith. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Betty Zane Adams and Billy Jean Cloud. She is survived by one daughter, Michelle Snow; 3 granddaughters, Deanna Hedrick, Megan Hedrick, and Bethany Blackwelder; 1 great granddaughter, Lucianna Lowe; and 1 great grandson, Arnett Llorente. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life. She found joy in reading her bible and sharing the message of salvation with anyone willing to listen. She believed deeply in God’s promises and lived each day as a reflection of His love. She delighted in making quilts for her family and friends. Each quilt had a story of Christ and His love for us and was a reminder that He shed His blood for our sins. Her greatest hope was that all would come to know Jesus as their Savior. A celebration of her life will be held on June 6, 2026 at Benson Funeral Home in Dallas, GA where family and friends will gather to honor her memory and rejoice in the assurance of eternal life she so firmly believed in. Though she will be deeply missed, her family and friends find comfort in knowing she is now at peace in the presence of her Lord and Savior. Her life was a testament to faith and her legacy will continue to inspire all who knew her. “Well done, good and faithful servant.” - Matthew 25:23Benson Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Ms. Mary Leola Snow.
