NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing before the City Commission at City Hall, 800 Seminole Road, Atlantic Beach, Florida, on Monday, June 24, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following Ordinance: ORDINANCE 619 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY’S LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, AS AMENDED; REVISING PROVISIONS RELATED TO NONCONFORMITIES; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF LAWS IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. A copy of the complete Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, 800 Seminole Road, Atlantic Beach, Florida, during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the Ordinance.
